We're the team building Serialize — a service that turns any file into clean, structured data, organized into a personal insight store you can search and ask questions about. Drop in a signed contract, a photo of a receipt, or a spreadsheet that "isn't really a CSV", and get back consistent fields your systems can act on. That's the whole product: files in, insight out.

This log is where we'll write about the how — format deep-dives, engineering notes, and the occasional honest post about what's hard. It's also where we'll announce what's shipping next.
